Orders Orders accepted by Reflex shall be subject to our full standard conditions of sale, a copy of which is available on request. Shortage or damage must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. Resellers must inspect all goods at the time of receipt as our Carriers will only accept claims for damage if the delivery sheet is marked "GOODS DAMAGED".
